The current main branch ships two runnable root-level scripts.

DOE Visualization	0_hello_deeplens_hsi.py	Draw the configured Pixel2D phase map and wavelength-dependent PSFs.
HSI Reconstruction	1_deeplens_hsi.py	Train NAFNet to recover a 31-band CAVE cube from a fixed-DOE simulated RGB response.

The source does not currently ship a separate joint DOE/network optimization script or alternative encoder configurations. See Current Optimization Scope for that boundary.
