DOE Visualization

Script: 0_hello_deeplens_hsi.py

The current source configures one Pixel2D DOE from lenses/paraxiallens/doelens_hsi.json. Its phase map comes from planar_doe.npy; the BFS-U3-200S7C-C sensor configuration supplies the image size and response curves.

Run

python 0_hello_deeplens_hsi.py

There is no positional encoder selector. The script writes:

  • DOE_phase_map.png
  • DOE_phase_map3d.png
  • psf_spectral_1000mm.png

The PSF figure uses the default 201×201 kernel at 400, 500, 600, and 700 nm for a point 1000 mm in front of the DOE.

Key code

from src.hsi_camera import HSICamera

hsi_cam = HSICamera(
    lens_file="./lenses/paraxiallens/doelens_hsi.json",
    sensor_file="./sensors/flir/BFS-U3-200S7C-C.json",
)
hsi_cam.vis_doe()
hsi_cam.vis_psf(wvln_spectral=[0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7], depth=-1000)
